From now on we’ll be emailing clients with our new reports in PDF format as soon as they’re entered and checked by us – so you won’t need to go looking for the information. These full colour summaries give you a score for service excellence, together with trend information and a ranking within your industry. They also highlight attention areas, so that you can see exactly where you need to improve.
Comprehensive data personalised for your own use
From the email, you can link directly to your personal password-protected area of our website to obtain a wealth of comparative data which you can download for your own use.
Here you can access your personalised Client Dashboard to get a comprehensive view of the big picture. This “information at a glance” reporting tool makes smart use of colour so it’s easy to identify where you’re performing well and areas that need attention. And you can export the details to PowerPoint or Excel to use in meetings, presentations and reports.
In the Reports Portal there are more than 15 reports available that give you a thorough view of your performance, including trends over time, and how you rank in your own industry. And if these standard reports aren’t enough, you can generate your own reports based on the specific data that’s most important to you.

In addition we can use this new software to better recruit, train, grade and select our mystery customers.
