Mystery Customer Pty Limited provides a “Service Excellence Guarantee” designed to provide you maximum peace of mind for all our clients.
Under this guarantee, any client whose expectations of our service have not been fully met will be provided with access to our Executive Management to raise their concerns. We will then try our best to satisfy your concerns. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will offer to release you from the balance of your contract with us.
Upon agreement to release you from your contract, the following charges are payable:
- 100% of set-up fee if not already paid
- The agreed payment (and shopper reimbursement if applicable) per survey for any survey already completed and not yet paid at termination date, or any survey scheduled and allocated to shoppers and not yet paid at termination date.
